We would like to celebrate the success of Mr. Herbert Anderson. Mr. Anderson was living alone and enjoying the outdoors and visits with close family/friends before having heart trouble. Mr. Anderson underwent a valve replacement with a brief hospital stay before admitting to Faith Healthcare Center for rehab.

Our team of therapist designed a personalized therapy plan with Mr. Anderson in order for him to regain his independence to return to the community. After two short weeks, Mr. Anderson was able to return back to his home just in time for the beautiful warm SC weather!
