VISITATION POLICY UPDATE
November 24, 2020

Dear Faith Healthcare Center Family Members and Resident Representatives,

The most recent guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services was revised to allow visitation at all times for all residents.
We will now be having visitation on our Quarantine, Skilled Rehabilitation, and LTC units. The facility is currently COVIO free. If we did have a positive COVID unit opened, we would focus visits there on only compassionate care or end of life situations.

You no longer need to call the facility in advance to pre – schedule a visit.
We would however welcome the opportunity to speak with you regarding your family member’s treatment schedule, meal times, and status so we can make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Your visits can now occur throughout the facility in designated areas for each hall. We do request that we all be respectful of your loved one’s roommate when visiting.

All families and visitors are expected to comply with the core principles of COVID 19 prevention. Families and visitors refusing to comply with the basic requirements and adhere to the core principles of COVID 19 infection will not be able to enter the facility. We are taking these steps to ensure that visitation occurs in the safest manner possible for our residents.

Thank you for your support throughout this pandemic, and as always, if you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly at 843-699-9958.
